Job Description

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Benefits include: 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + 7 additional personal days which are flexible, free parking, Perkbox, discounted products and much more!!
Hours: 8am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm Monday- Friday
Immediate requirement (please do not apply if you have more than 4 weeks notice)

This fantastic local employer who are known for their fun, edgy and vibrant business are looking to recruit a Customer Services Manager to join their already established, social, warm and fast-growing Customer Services team.

You will have extensive experience of people management within a customer service focussed role, have experience in 1-2-1`s, performance reviews, progression planning and KPI management. You will have ideally managed a medium-sized team across multiple shift patterns and be able to work within a fast paced environment. You will have a passion for customer service, be patient and unflappable, positive, enthusiastic and driven and professional with a strong team playing attitude.

Your duties will include:
Training, people management, performance reviews, customer service management, complaint management and much more.
