Job Description

A new, exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service individual has become available. Do you have strong customer service supervisory or team leader experience? Perhaps you are a Customer Service Advisor but ready to take the next step in your career?

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday
Benefits: Free parking, healthcare, matched pension contribution and 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

You will have excellent customer service skills, have outstanding communication and organisational skills, have a desire for continuous improvement and development and have strong supervisory skills. Ideally you will have experience in website sales and experience in a customer service management role within the construction supplies industry or similar.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 customer service advisors, dealing with orders, website sale and customer issues.
