Role: Customer Service Manager
Salary: Circa £27,500

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a well established company within the financial services industry. Our Client have recently opened an office in the area and are keen to grow their Customer Service team.
You will ideally have experience within a financial Industry but this is not essential. The team will be receiving inbound calls and you will be dealing with complaints and queries.
Some of your duties will be:
- Managing a team of up to 10 members of staff and their performance
- Coaching, mentoring and training Customer Service Advisors, to ensure the quality of the calls from your team are exceeding expectations.
- Identifying ways to improve processes and being part of implementing them.
