Our client, a well established and successful organisation based in Radcliffe, is looking for a Customer Service Manager
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the customer service department. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9-5pm. You should also be flexible to be on call 1 weekend in 4, where you will resolve any issues that arise.
This department operates on a 4 on 4 off day/night shift pattern so part of your role will be to deal with any issues that have occurred during the night shift. Other duties will include:
Managing the Customer Staff, dealing with any HR issues, holding appraisals, disciplinaries and one to one meetings. Ensuring there are resources to cover the shifts.
Meeting with suppliers to ensure performance levels are met.
You should have a confident and professional manner with great communication skills and the ability to motivate and manage other people.
A previous background in managing customer service people is essential with experience in appraisals, disciplinaries and SLA's
