Job Description

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Benefits: Outstanding company benefits to include 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, 10% employer pension, onsite gym, onsite restaurant, training and progression
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
Hybrid working with 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

This is an exciting and rewarding position working for an extremely progressive local company. As Customer Services Manager your will be required to manage, lead and develop the Customer Service Team working alongside 2 other Customer Service Managers. You will have 4 Team Leaders reporting into you with a span of 45-50 Customer Service Adviser's.

You will have Customer Service Management experience preferably within Financial Services or similar, however that is not essential. The most essential part is call centre/ customer service management experience with a minimum of 2 years within that role.

Your duties will include some of the following:- Managing the team against agreed objectives and KPI's, lead the team including training/development/competency and performance appraisals, disciplinary and grievance issues, manage staff deployment, deal with escalated complaints and queries, provide cover to own team members as required, manage daily/weekly and monthly reports and more.
