Job Description

Our Client is looking for a customer service manager with a positive attitude that isn`t afraid to get stuck in to join their team based on the Black Isle near Inverness.

This is a customer and supplier facing role which is pivotal to the ongoing success of their business. You will provide customer service excellence to their customers, effectively dealing with enquiries to ensure that annual / monthly targets are met.
With a focus on continual improvement, you will also provide business support for the smooth running of the office; database, and systems, policies, and processes.


You should have relevant customer service, people & office management experience, Proven track record of achieving targets and working to deadlines, project management experience, great communication skills, Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task and work flexibly to ensure deadlines are met, Full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential

£28,000 starting salary with 25 days annual leave plus 9 days bank holidays, health insurance and employee assist
