CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - £25,000 - STAFFORD

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager for their prestigious Automotive Dealership based in Stafford.

You will have a proven and stable work history within people management, Customer Service Management which would preferably be within a luxury product and service arena. Warranty experience would be an advantage

Your responsibilities will be managing a small team and working with the company's management team to reduce improve overall customer service. You will possess key skill in controlling the process to resolve issues before they escalate.

The ideal person will have a "can do" attitude, an outgoing personality with an empathetic approach. You will be driven and have a high level of self-motivation and be able to offer commitment and determination to the role.
