Job Description

We're a leading Hairstylist Salon and we're looking for a super Bookings Manager for our Bookings Centre maximising bookings sales and partnerships within our Salons.
With Salons across London and Surrey we're known as a market leader for Fashion, Style and Trend Setting. We're Industry Leaders when it comes to both our Stylist Academy and Professional Experts due to this we have a very high number of bookings and enquires so we have a dedicated team to fielding these calls, that's where you come in!

As our New Bookings Manager role main role will be driving the team of Booking Coordinators in our inbound customer service contact centre based in our modern head office in Tolworth.
As the manager you will be monitoring call reports identifying issues with missed calls and allocating staff accordingly.
We want you to look after your team with regular meetings and help drive their growth in the business along with implementing new training.
We have over 50 salons currently around 20 use your team and we want to increase those numbers by building relationships with Salon Mangers and work with existing users to constantly improve the service.
Going forward there will be an element of business development, we want to build corporate relationships with local business offering corporate bookings and your role will be integral to building and implementing strategies going forward.

The contact centre is open 7 days a week 9am-9pm Monday to Friday and 9-6pm on weekends to accommodate for when our clients are looking to book services. We will require somebody to flexible in able to work across these hours.

What we're really looking for is somebody who is confident on the phone speaking with customers and prospective clients. If you come from a sales or inbound based contact centre that would be amazing.
Even better if you have team leader or supervisor experience. We want you to run the team, help them grow and organise the shift patterns so a leadership background in customer service would be perfect.
