Customer Service - Night Shift

Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Night Shift)
Assignment: Temp to Perm
Hours: 42 hour per week

Shift: 4 days on/4 days off. 8 week rotation for the following shifts;
Opening times
Monday - Friday 8pm - 8am
Saturday 6pm - 9am
Sunday 6pm - 8am

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to work as part of the out of hours service at a national company based in Worcester.

This is a diverse role which will see you communicating with current customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries regarding their accounts so you`ll need great listening skills. You will be managing each individual situation with care to find the best solution that meets both the customer and business needs. You will also work to ensure all procedures are carried out with regulatory commitment, all whilst working with our customers best interests at heart.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Friendly and professional telephone manner
Excellent Customer Service ethic
Strong communicator to handle all types of calls
Can use a computer - Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Good attention to detail and quick learner (SAP System)
Data entry

You will be working in a modern office with great on site facilities such as free parking, large canteen area and gym.
