Customer Service NIGHT SHIFT

Job Description

NIGHT SHIFT available to cover Customer Services role, managing a front desk and completing duties such as :

Monitoring CCTV
Access Control
Patrolling site
Conducting Fire Panel Checks
Investigating fire alarm activations
Writing reports
Handling Parcels
Engaging with residents
Taking notes
Escalating situations

The role is an AD hoc basis working from 20:00 to 08:00 in the morning

£12 per hour
