Customer Service Operator role available in London paying up to £26K
An internationally renowned transport and logistics company is in need of a Customer Service Operator to arrange AOG shipments, process road freight booking, monitor urgent shipments and respond to queries.
Key competencies required for this role are ability to work under pressure, excellent communication, administration, decision making and planning skills. The ideal candidate must have shipping knowledge and technical understanding of Impatex or ASM and at least 5 GCSEs.
