We are looking for Maternity cover for our permanent Customer Service Outbound Agent to join this progressive household name in the Watford area. Initially you will be working from home so good internet service required, however you will be expected to work from the Watford Office when it is appropriate to do so.
You don`t have to have worked in a call centre before but you must have excellent communication skills, have a passion for helping people and have an enthusiastic personality. Whilst full training is given you must have good keyboard skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
The role is not sales but is outbound. You will be making volume calls daily informing existing clients of promotions, changes, poster opportunities. There are realistic call targets but as mentioned this is`t sales. What you do need is to have a great personality, be enthusiastic, resilient and be able to pass a credit and enhanced DBS check.
The role will start on the 17th September and benefits from no weekend work. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm and the role is paying £20,300 per annum.
