Job Description

Our client who is a large business in the Watford area is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Advisor initially on a 6 month contract basis. Whilst initially the role is working from home where laptop, and mobile phone is provided it is anticipated that you will return to the office environment eventually. You will be required to have a strong internet service to work for the company.

You will be making calls to their customers to ensure they are happy and to engage with them to outline new promotions that are coming up. It is a relationship building role with the clients and to act as a general help with equipment and knowledge rather than a sales call. An outstanding customer service experience is essential to this company so if you have the necessary skills we want to hear from you.

Are you confident, outgoing, enjoy interacting with people at all levels? Then this could be the role for you. Whilst this is a phone based service centre candidates from the retail industry are encouraged to apply utilising their outstanding customer service background.

Due to the nature of the company an enhanced DBS and credit check is undertaken.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm.
In return the company offer a lucrative basic salary of £20300 plus a 7.5% uplift (prorated for 6 months).
