We're currently looking for multilingual Customer Service Advisors to join a fun and friendly team in a contact centre.

Managing a high-end client account- handling customer questions and queries via inbound calls, emails, web chat and leaving notes on the customer accounts.

You will need to:
" Be fluent in German speaking both spoken and written.
" Good IT skills.
" Work well within a team and offering outstanding customer service.
