An extremely friendly company based in Barry is looking for a Customer Service Professional
Due to location you would need your own transport as there is no public transport to the company.
As you will be working in a small team there is lots of variety on offer.
The role will include:-
Processing orders, using SAP(some experience preferred but training will be given) but you need to be an experienced user of MS Office
Lots of customer interaction taking calls regarding products and prices & orders over the phone
Dealing with email enquiries and web orders , plus other daily tasks.
Calling new companies promoting the services of the company and always being on the ball to maximise any sales opportunities
Handling invoice queries, customer complaints and solving difficult problems in a upbeat positive way.
Lots of internal liaison with accounts team regarding invoicing and price checking and with the Artwork department and sales team.
There is so much variety in this job you will also on occasions attend exhibitions!
You will be a totally customer orientated person with a can do attitude, that works well in a team and has a flexible approach.
Your CV should ideally show varied administration with a strong customer focus having worked in either Customer Service/Internal Sales environment for at least 2 years
Working in a small knit team of 4, with onsite parking, holidays to start 21 days rising to 26 days after length of service, annual pay review, company bonus and onsite parking. If this sounds like the role you are looking for and you have your own transport
