Our client based in Barry is looking to take on a Customer Service Professional to join their upbeat very happy team of customer focused individuals.
You will be providing a first class service to all customers and able to provide a one call resolution whenever possible with excellent customer service delivered with empathy and efficiency.
You will be processing all incoming orders and dealing with all enquires over the phone, fax, mail and emails and providing a complete customer journey ensuring delivery times and dates are achieved.
You will have the listening skill to be able to handle difficult problems and handle customer complaints and calculate quotations and pricing.
You will be setting up new accounts and making amendments to customer records and able to promote the company`s other products and services through client interaction.
This really is a varied, busy and very interesting role working within a very supportive team who work for an established and committed company.
2 years plus experience in a Customer Service/Internal Sales Environment
Experienced user of MS OFfice, (SAP or equivalent experience an advantage)

The hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, onsite car park with plenty of benefits!
