Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our local pharmaceutical client to recruit a Customer Service team member. This is a long-term temporary role based in Reading which will run until April 2020.

Salary & Hours: £12.79/hr, Monday through Friday, 35 hours a week

Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Green Park to join a busy and welcoming team. The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive range of order management and customer service to our client's groups and customers. You will need to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered and maintained in all activity relating to the order to cash end to end customer management process.

Key Responsibilities
" In this role you will have a direct impact on customer debt/sales through accurate processing of orders, credit, debits, rebate and returns.
" You will demonstrate effective collaboration with business partners and other teams across the country, demonstrating team work through training and development.
" Perform all activity relating to end to end order to cash process, while pro-actively maintaining low operating costs within the department
" Act as the principle contact between customers, business groups, 3rd parties and other departments
" Actively deliver solution management for customer queries and claims to resolution
" Proactive management of stock during the order management process
" Maximising availability and profitability
" Implement and demonstrate adherence to all Compliance standards
" Proactively contribute to process improvement in all areas of the role to deliver efficiencies to the business

Knowledge/Experience
" Previous experience of SAP is desirable
" Previous customer service office experience desirable
" Good communication skills (written and verbal) with people at all levels
" Effective telephone skills
" Effective organisational skills
" Ability to manage time, prioritise work & multi task
" Attention to detail
" Strong Customer Service focus
" Proactive approach
" Ability to work as part of a team
" Values differences within the team and adapts accordingly
" Able to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
" Systems Knowledge:
o Intermediate skills in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/OneNote)
o SAP knowledge would be a major advantage
o Good keyboard skills
o Awareness of SharePoint
