Customer Service Advisor

9am - 5pm Mon-Fri
The Customer Service Representative will assist customers and interface with various internal departments including Sales, Accounting, Shipping and Production, ensuring excellent service is provided.
Tasks to include:
" Provides high level of customer service by inputting and ensuring correct processing of customer orders, returns, and repairs submitted via various input methods.
" Processes invoice orders and prepares/sends paper and email invoices to customers
" Participates in process improvement efforts to build capacity, improve service, and improve quality on an as needed basis
" Assists customers via phone, live chat, and e-commerce with questions regarding products, pricing, order details and first level technical assistances
" Assists with coordination of Shipping, Production, Accounting, and Quality Control with levels II & III when needed.
What we need from you:
" Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
" Computer literate to intermediate level
" Passion for customer service
" English and maths GCSE or equivalent
