My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their existing and growing team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will offer support to our customers - both before and after they buy and use our products and services. You will need to have great communication skills, be energetic and have a clear focus on delivering your key objectives with every customer you talk to.

Duties will include:

● Helping customers navigate their way around the company website.
● Understanding customer's IT setup using screen sharing tools to streamline their
experience.
● Ensuring all customers are treated as a VIPS.
● Making sure all customer contacts are responded to quickly and efficiently.
● Digesting customer requirements and feeding this into the product team to help
them keep building the successful business and products they have today.
● Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
