Job Description

Are you a customer driven individual that is looking for a new job opportunity in fast paced environment within the public services sector?

My client in South West London is looking for full time Customer Service Advisors on permanent basis, who will join their vibrant, diverse team in processing visa applications.

Details of the role:
" £20,000 which will increase to £22,500 after probation period (6months)
" 40 hours per week (Monday- Friday)
Shifts: 7.15am - 3.15pm
8.15am - 4.15pm
9.15am - 5.15pm
10.15am - 6.15pm
" Guaranteed monthly bonus depending on performance
" £150 voucher uniform allowance
" Travel allowance (£70 pm)
" 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Required experience:
" Customer service experience - retail preferred
" Experience working within the public services sector
" Strong attention to detail
" Excellent communication skills - verbal and written (English)
" German speaker (not required)
