Brook Street have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a large organisation based in Belper.

The main function of this role is to provide an excellent level of customer service and support through inbound calls and emails. This will involve a wide range of calls from offering advice to dealing with complaints effectively

£20,508 per annum + ANY BONUS YOU MAKE!!
Full time - permanent
42.75 hours per week
Mon/Fri 8am - 5pm

1-3 Saturdays a Month (8am-3pm)

1-5 Sundays a Month (8am-12pm)
