SALARY: £22,000.00
HOURS: Monday - Friday, Full time - 8am-6pm (SHIFT PATTERN) - (1 in 4 Saturdays 9-12pm)
LOCATION: Belper

THE JOB ROLE:
" Working as part of a small team within the Service Technical Department, this key position will involve providing technical advice to external Gas Safe Registered Engineers and End Users.
" Providing service and technical support for the Renewable and Commercial department.
" Responsible for giving advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy demonstrating a good technical aptitude.
" Understanding customer enquiries and handling their needs

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
" The successful individual will be able to demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional customer service and demonstrate the ability to interpret technical information and instructions.
" Able to give technical spares advice with clarity and confidence and have the ability & drive to self-learn and take initiative
" Demonstrate the passion to deliver fantastic service to our customers at every opportunity.
