Job Description

Do you enjoy being on the phone? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment? If you do, then this is the job for you. Currently looking for 10 vibrant people to dive into these available customer service representative roles.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
1. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
2. The ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections
3. Have a strong work ethic and be a self-starter
4. Have a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
5. Have the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
