Job Description

Beauty Customer Service Advisor

(HYBRID WORKING MONDAY & FRIDAY)

Monday - Thursday - 8:30-5:00PM
FRIDAY EARLY FINISH! 8:30 - 4:00PM

ARE VERY FLEXIBLE WITH TIMES

Salary £21,500

To offer an excellent pro-active front-line service to colleges and carry out administrative/clerical duties to support the department and the Business Account Managers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual, team and Company Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
  • Build and maintain exceptional working relationships with all college customers.
  • Promptly and courteously answer all incoming calls.
  • Key orders into computer system accurately to customer requirements.

Personal Indicators:

  • College database information is accurate.
  • All calls are answered promptly and courteously.
  • Orders and quotations are accurately produced.
