Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for a recent college/graduate to join a well-established company who offer a long-lasting career! My client is looking for claim handlers (personal injury & motor team departments) in Stratford.

Monday to Friday (With the option to do hybrid working once training/probation is complete)
£19,650 per annum
Up to 10% bonus annually depending on performance
Free parking

The main purpose of the role is to answer phone calls from customers who are either calling regarding personal injury or have had a car crash. You will need to handle the calls in a professional, calming manner insuring 5* customer service. You will know how to decide on liability issues and how to ensure compliance within regulatory systems. You will also know if a fraudulent claim is trying to be made and ensure you deal with this appropriately and how to negotiate with clients, claimants and their representatives. Full training will be given on all of the above.
This is an entry level role however it's a great start for a career with opportunities to progress and develop even further!

- Enthusiastic, professional and polite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to learning and development
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
