Brook Street are excited to be working with a continuously growing mortgage broker with an industry name recognition and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.
Based in Nottingham City Centre
35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9-5
£20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

As a Customer Service Representative your responsibilities will include
-Being the first port of call for all customers via Telephone
-Check on key lender service levels regularly, communicate findings to admin and advisers.
-Process holiday requests, ensuring adequate cover is available to sustain service levels.
-Escalate issues which cannot be resolved within the team, to the Business Manager.
-Create great working relationships to liaise with advisors and other stakeholders
To be successful in the is role the candidate will need
- Carry out the role of dedicated sales and client servicing person.
-Work well as part of a team.
-Understand team workload on a daily basis, to deploy team resources effectively.
-Monitor productivity and quality of work within the team.
-Forward plan to anticipate where resources will be best utilized.
-Collate data and manage the data
-Use MIDAS
