£22500 with 10% yearly bonus based on performance

Immediate start!

40 Hours Per Week Monday - Friday (Office based) - Hours between 7:30am-7.30pm on a rotating shift pattern

My Client based just outside of Coventry City Centre is looking for Customer Service Advisor to join their vibrant team who are looking for a long lasting career!

Daily tasks:
- First point of contact with customers over the phone
- Updating and keeping track of databases
- Organising follow up conversations
- Fact finding
- Liaising with banks on payment queries
- Dealing with charges and refunds and overrides
- Preparing documents for the Legal department
- Handling customer escalations and resolve complaints appropriately
- Identifying and working to build rapport and relationships with customers

Candidate requirements:
- Self-motivated
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Excellent English written and verbal is essential
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Excellent time management
- Stable work history
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous experience of working within a team
- Highly organised
