Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience or a recent graduate within Law, Business or Marketing to join a well-established company who offer a long-lasting career! My client is looking for claim handlers within the injury department based in Stratford Upon Avon.

Monday to Friday (With the option to do hybrid working once training/probation is complete)
Up to £25,000 per annum DOE
Up to 10% bonus annually depending on performance
Free parking

The main purpose of the role is to answer phone calls from customers who are calling regarding personal injury. You will need to handle the calls in a professional, calming manner insuring 5* customer service. You will know how to decide on liability issues and how to ensure compliance within regulatory systems. You will also know if a fraudulent claim is trying to be made and ensure you deal with this appropriately and how to negotiate with clients, claimants and their representatives. Full training will be given on all of the above.
This is a fantastic role for someone who already has experience or has a degree in Law, Business or Marketing!
