Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for someone with either previous insurance/legal experience or a recent graduate with either a business, law or legal degree to join a well-established company who offer a long-lasting career!
Monday to Friday (With the option to do hybrid working once training/probation is complete)
Up to 27k DOE
Up to 10% bonus annually depending on performance

The main purpose of the role is to answer phone calls from customers who are calling regarding personal injury. You will need to handle the calls in a professional, calming manner insuring 5* customer service. You will know how to decide on liability issues and how to ensure compliance within regulatory systems. You will also know if a fraudulent claim is trying to be made and ensure you deal with this appropriately and how to negotiate with clients, claimants and their representatives. Full training will be given on all of the above.
- Settling claims within acceptable cost parameters
- Negotiating settlements by telephone
- Discussing our Rehabilitation Programme with claimant's solicitors
- Identifying any suspicious claims
- Updating Corporate Clients, Agents and Brokers on the progress of claims
Person Specification;
- Enthusiastic, professional and polite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to learning and development
- Previous insurance or legal experience is desriable
