Customer Service Representative
Renfrew - hybrid working

The Role

  • You will be the first point of contact for clients looking for advice on any issues that may arise.
  • Answering calls and resolving queries as quickly as possible
  • Monitoring incoming mail in inbox
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure the customer journey is the best it can be
  • Any other duties required

The Person

  • Must have customer service experience - preferably business to business
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft packages - particularly excel
  • Must be organised and be able to communicate at all levels
