My client is a rapidly expanding business in Daventry and is looking for new team members to support their developing business within their Customer Service Department.

In this role you will be a proactive Account Manager or Senior Customer Service Advisor, supporting existing and potential customers, managing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will be working with the development team to put together quotes and will be trained on doing this yourself.

You are a naturally customer focused and confident Account Manager/ Senior Customer Service Advisor who enjoys building strong relationships with your customers and team members. You will be highly numerate and confident putting together a well worded email to your customers which conveys your professionalism.

Whilst this is not a supervisory role you will be the senior member of your team and the one people look to for guidance of those difficult queries.

To be considered for this role you must have the following in abundance:
Confident Account Manager
Excellent communication, a natural customer service advisor
MS Office (Excel and Word)
Demonstrable numeracy and literacy skills
.....as well as being capable, bright and naturally unflustered.


In exchange for all of this the salary for this role is a very competitive £25,000 - £27,000.
