Brook Street is currently recruiting for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives who are interested in becoming a part of a vibrant and dynamic team within a contact centre environment.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in telephone-based roles. Ideal candidates will have come from an insurance or financial services background, but individuals who can demonstrate excellence and longevity in other contact centre roles will also be considered.

This is not your typical contact centre role. My client is offering an industry-leading salary dependant on experience.
