We are recruiting for a full time Customer Service Representative for a Cardiff Bay location, for a fantastic Office Management Team.
Our client is one of the World leaders offering flexible workplace solutions and the company offers a wide range of products and services which allow individuals and companies to work however, wherever, and whenever they need to.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first person a customer meets when visiting a site - at all times you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring each site is "show ready".
This role is not a job that is based just behind a front desk; you will be meeting and greeting customers, showing them to their meeting rooms and offices, you could be asked to help to move furniture, take phone calls and deliveries for customers - whatever needs to be done to ensure each customer and their business runs smoothly.
For each customer that uses the building you are an extension of their team - you will be expected to always help answer their questions and queries and go above and beyond to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction is always delivered.
You will be required to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
You will be working 40hrs a week, between 8:30am to 6pm, depending on the needs of the business, with a salary of £16,500.
