Location: Crowborough, East Sussex
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Benefits: Full training, 26 days annual leave pension scheme, onsite parking, private medical insurance, employee referral scheme
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday, 2x Saturdays a month with a day off in lieu

My client based in Crowborough are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join their growing team.

Responsibilities include:
" Making outbound calls to new and existing customers, encouraging them to make regular donations to the company.
" Informing customers about the company's products and services
" Maintaining and updating the customer database
" Answering customer queries via phone and email
" Taking payment details over the phone


My client is looking for individuals with previous experience in customer service whether it be office based, retail or hospitality.
