A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join a Medical supplies company based in Watford. The ideal candidate will have a professional telephone manner. You will be the first point of contact for customers; handling queries over the phone.
The working hours will be Monday - Friday 8.30am until 5pm
" Deal with high volume of telephone calls
" Ensuring the highest level of customer service is always provided with patience and understanding
" Effectively identify complaints and reassure customers
" Prioritise commitments made to customers
