Brook Street are proud to advertise a temporary ongoing position with a public sector agency. The role and is full time working 37 hours a week between 830am and 530pm Monday to Friday. They are based on the Hagley Road (5 minute walk from 5 ways roundabout and train station)

This is a customer-facing role for a public sector agency and will provide an accessible and inclusive service to users, providing clear signposting and guidance to all, coaching them in the use of the online platform and providing information to resolve their queries. You will also be processing and updating high-volume case details accurately and efficiently. This role is business critical and you will be the first point of contact so you must have great customer service experience. You will be dealing with the immediate, short-term needs of service users. Please note that up to date call logs must be accurately recorded for future reference. There will also be case work involved

The customer service role will be via telephone, webchat and emails. There are 2 weeks of class room training from the dedicated training team and ongoing training while on the job. You will also carry out some general clerical work as required to support the work of the office such filing and data entry.

This role does require a basic clearance to be in place before commencement of employment. This does come at a cost of £25 to yourself however this will be refunded after 6 weeks of work. We need to do 3 years of referencing
