We have ongoing temporary positions for Customer Service Representatives in the Cardiff area on a full-time basis (37.00 hours per week) working shifts from Monday to Sunday.
In this role, you will be helping to resolve customer queries and complaints via inbound phone calls, written correspondence and webchat.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
" Excellent Communication Skills - both written and verbal
" Knowledge of basic software packages (word, excel, outlook)
" A can-do attitude and a real passion for support people
The start date for these roles is the 2nd of September and is non-negotiable.
The successful candidate will be working in a secure environment which requires a high level of background and clearance checks. This will include Criminal Record Checks (DBS Checks), Reference Checks (Employment, Education and any gaps) (3 years), Address checks (3 years) and may involve us obtaining character references and/or other evidence to cover periods of unemployment.
Once the successful candidate has been offered the role, these checks will commence. These normally take anything from 7 days to 28 days, depending on how quickly we can obtain this information for clearance.
