Job Description

Inbound Customer Service Representative
£10.20 per hour
Edinburgh Park, South Gyle
Full time - 35 hours per week
Monday to Friday

Start date 16/09/19

We are currently recruiting Inbound Customer Service Representatives to be based at Edinburgh Park, South Gyle, Edinburgh.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international global pensions/insurance provider who are currently experiencing high growth and seeking candidates to join their vibrant state of the art office. The office is serviced by several popular public transport options with free onsite parking for those who drive but find it difficult to park in the City Centre.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of an experienced customer service team. Your role will involve dealing with inbound calls and enquires in relation to our client's products whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service throughout the customer journey.

Initially this is a 3-month temporary position. On successful completion of your 3 months you will become a permanent member of staff and have the opportunity to grow your career in line with a structured personal development plan.

Training and Development

You will take part in a 6-week classroom-based training programme. Training is designed to develop and prepare you on the relevant products and policies that you will be assisting customers on as well as helping you hone and further develop your current customer service skills.

This is a non sales/non advisory role so great customer service skills and attention to detail are paramount for this position.

The Person

We are looking for someone that has a positive approach and a can-do attitude, open to change and willing to take on challenges. The ability to work within a fast paced and changing environment.

Although Call Centre experience would be an advantage, we are looking for individuals who truly understand the ethics of a great customer experience, someone who will go that extra mile for their customers and make sure each interaction with you is as seamless as possible.

If you have worked in any sort of role where you provided customer service such as retail, hospitality, bar work, reception, office environment etc we want to hear from you.
