Our client is a leading customer service provider based in Dingwall. Due to the successful win of new contracts our client is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join the expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for full time employment with a work life balance. Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm or 9.00am to 5.00pm. Although this role will start temporary, for successful candidates this could turn into a permanent contract.
You will be required to compose letters to send to customers from templates provided. Strong attention to detail is a must. Whilst in this role you will also be required to communicate with customers through telephone when required.
Full training will be given but previous customer service and administration experience would be a benefit.
