Brook Street Recruitment are delighted to be assisting one of our manufacturing clients to recruit an experienced Customer Services Representative for a 9-month maternity cover contract.

The successful Customer Services Executive will assist the Commercial Manager to provide excellent customer service support.

Responsibilities

Managing external customer relationships
Liaise between customer, internal departments and the Sales Managers to ensure efficient co-ordination of the customer order process using the SAP system
Manage all aspects of order entry, order processing and order shipment
Liaise with customers regarding issues status, order changes and any complaints or questions
Create and maintain customer records in SAP systems, including order preferences, product specific feedback, address information, billing information, and contact preferences
Maintain customer records to include weekly reporting on order status
Prepare reports for internal / external sales meetings and customer visits
Work alongside Buyers and Planners to achieve on-time customer deliveries
Comply with and support all Health, Safety & Environmental programs, policies and procedures

Criteria:

GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
1 years' demonstrable Customer Services experience within a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Excellent IT skills including use of MS Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills

Desirable Criteria:
Experience working within a global Company
Previous experience with SAP
