Job Description

Do you have experience in Customer Service? Would like a Monday to Friday hours? And work with a friendly team?

My Client is looking for someone to join their `Customer Service Representative` team.

Your Duties will include;
- Processing customer orders and enquiries submitted through telephone, email and post.
- Entering and updating customer records accordingly.
- Ensuring you are providing a high level of customer service and at all times.
- Liaising with different departments.
- Checking product availability.

The ideal candidate will need to be highly organised, proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment.


You will need;
- At least 2 years of office experience.
- Must be able to drive, due to rural location.

£20,000-£22,000 (Depending on experience)
Monday to Friday, hours between 8.30am-5.30pm, with 4pm Friday finish.
