Customer Service Representative
Business to business
Paying up to £20,000
Full time and working 1 in 6 Saturday 8 to 12pm
Based in Bury St.Edmunds
As a Customer Service Representative you will be part of a small and fast paced team delivering and responding to all general customer service requirements whilst supporting the external needs of all customers ensuring there is smooth transaction on all order requirements.
Main responsibilities will include:
Managing a high level of inbound and outbound calls
Complete order processing
Liaising with supply chain, logistics and other key internal departments
Updating Customer records
Respond to general enquiries - phone and email
Completing reports where required
Handling any complaints in an efficient, professional and timely manner
For this position we are looking for someone that has the following skill set:
Experience working as a Customer Service Representative - ideally from business to business however previous experience working in business to consumer, retail or hospitality will be considered
Knowledge of using a CRM system
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong time management
Be well organised with the ability to multitask several deadlines at ones
A high level of IT skills with a good understanding of Excel
Desirable - Previous use of SAP
