Job Description

Coventry - Commutable from Nuneaton, Bedworth & Hinckley
£19,266 per annum

Duties:
Answer all incoming calls and emails
Generate sales to achieve specified individual and team sales targets.
Respond to customer queries relating to products
Answer any questions or queries as quickly and efficiently as possible
Produce quotations for existing customers when required.
Contact customers for re-orders and to chase outstanding orders
Investigate/Follow up all queries and complaints
Investigate late and non-delivery of customer orders
Provide support for marketing campaigns; monitor progress of new products, etc.

Strong customer service skills
IT skills
Able to build and maintain relationships
Organised
Good time management
