Customer Service Representative

Cardiff

£19,160 - £20,640

08:00 am - 10:00 pm - 37 hours p/w

  • As a Customer Services consultant you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a first-rate service by phone, letter, email and webchat.
  • You'll seek to resolve customer queries at the first point of contact where possible, and use your brilliant communication skills to handle sometimes complex but rewarding conversations.

What will I be doing?

Your duties will depend on the line of business you join - however, all business areas expect your duties to include:

  • speaking to customers on the phone, helping them with their questions or issues
  • taking payments by phone, letter and our online services
  • creating customer records and keeping them up to date
  • using webchat and email to support our customers online.

  • a proficiency in maths and the ability to deal with basic calculations
