Customer Service Representative - Hybrid

Job Description

Brook Street have the pleasure of working exclusively with a dynamic and rapidly growing Life Insurance provider with a commitment to helping individuals and families secure their financial future.

We are seeking friendly, experienced Customer Service individuals to join there service department and play a crucial part in providing efficient, excellent service and making a positive impact on people's lives.

Hours: 3 week rotation, 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in the week. NO SUNDAYS OR BANK HOLIDAYS!

- 1 week early (8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm)

- 1 week flexi (mixture of early or late, or 10am - 6pm)

- 1 week lates (10am - 6pm / 12pm to 8pm)

Salary: - £23,000 + shift allowance

Location: Orton Southgate - PE2

Start date: 12th or 19th Feb 2024

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within a call centre or customer service capacity
  • Strong IT and Admin skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Active Listening
  • Understanding of FCA Regulations and requirements if preferred but not essential
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Confident when speaking to others and problem solving
