Job Description

We are currently recruiting for 8 Contact Centre Advisors to join our client on full time, permanent contracts in York centre.
The working pattern for these roles are Monday to Friday, 12pm - 8pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Your role will involve delivering an excellent customer experience to members who contact the Society through the mediums of telephone, email or web, providing guidance and advice about our membership, services, payments and authorising claims.

Please note there is a requirement to attend 6 weeks full time training Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, starting on Monday 5th August 2019. Candidates must be available for the whole training period. We do not honour any pre-booked annual leave during this period.

The post holder will:
„ Take personal responsibility to act in accordance with the Society`s values, visions and goals.
„ Ensure compliance to the Society`s policies and procedures to ensure that the principles of TCF are delivered.
„ Demonstrate a consistent approach to all member interactions.
„ Take ownership for achieving objectives and KPI`s.

In return you will receive a salary of £19,500, 35 paid working days including bank holidays (pro rata for part time employees) per year. After 5 full calendar years' service employees will be entitled to an additional 2 days annual leave per annum taking their entitlement up to 37 days per annum (or pro-rata equivalent).
