This is an exciting role within a busy, friendly customer service team where you will be dealing with clients on a daily basis, delivering excellence in customer service

Full training will be given with the opportunity for career development and further professional training available. An ideal role for someone looking for a change of career or looking to start a career within the energy sector

The role will be based at the Lerwick office and will report directly to the Regional Manager

Within the role
You will be making inbound calls for Sales and Enquiries
Keeping up to date with the latest prices and deals for customers
Providing excellence in customer care at all times
Taking and processing customer orders

Possess good keyboard skills

Details about the Job
Working Hours - 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday 0800 Hours - 1700 Hours
Salary - £21000 + commission
Immediate start preferable, but not essential
