Working as a Customer Service Executive/Account Manager you will provide a first class Customer Service experience for external contacts and customers.
You will build strong relationships over the phone and electronically consistently delivering a positive outcome with high levels of customer satisfaction. There could also be the opportunity to meet with some customers face to face to further develop relationships!
In the position you will also proactively grow the business from existing customers and cross sell opportunities when there are suitable opportunities to do so.
For this position you will have the following skill set
Excellent experience working in Customer Services (ideally business to business with some knowledge of upselling on services and products
Have good knowledge of Word rd and Excel
High levels of energy, with the ability to leave a positive impact when communicating
Be an excellent listener with good communication skills
Able to manage your own workload and be pro-active in your approach to work
Have a natural passion for Customer Services!
Desirable: Ocean freight experience, preferably with multi modal knowledge.
