My clients needs a confident, professional Customer service agent to join their team within a call centre environment.
You will have experience working with members of the public either through retail or from over the telephone in a call centre environment.
You will be processed driven
A team player and be IT literate with Microsoft programmes.
General administration will also be required.

This role is available with an immediate start for a contract of around 3 months.

There is the potential to move across to another team for the right applicant.
