Our client is looking for an excellent Customer Service Administrator to join their team working in a fast paced office environment on the outskirts of York.
The role will include answering phone calls from claimants and directing callers to the appropriate departments, whilst processing claims and inputting new information.
The perfect candidate must be strong on the phone and able to input data accurately and efficiently.
The role is an initial 2 month temporary contract, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with an hour lunch.
